Refund policy

At Sansi Mayo, we are committed to delivering premium quality products. Each item undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

 

To maintain product integrity and fairness, our return and refund policy is designed with specific eligibility conditions as outlined below.

Return Eligibility (Important)

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • A complete unboxing video (from sealed package to product inspection) is mandatory
  • The video must clearly show the issue (damage/defect/mismatch)
  • The request must be submitted via email at sansimayoshop@gmail.com

Note: Requests without proper unboxing proof or submitted after 24 hours will not be considered.

Non-Returnable Scenarios

As a premium product brand, returns are not applicable under the following situations:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Product not meeting personal preference (design, color, look, feel)
  • Size-related concerns or fit expectations
  • Minor variations due to photography or screen differences
  • Any request raised after the specified 24-hour window

Return Process

If your request meets the eligibility criteria:

  1. Email us at sansimayoshop@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share order details, unboxing video, and issue description
  3. Our team will verify the request

If approved:

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged (if serviceable)
  • Otherwise, self-shipping will be required

All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected:

  • A gift card equivalent to the product value (excluding taxes) will be issued
  • The gift card will be sent via email
  • Validity: 7 working days from issuance

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the same process applies.

Important Conditions

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or tampering will not be accepted
  • Returns without prior approval will not be processed
  • Shipping charges (if self-shipped) are non-refundable
  • Promotional discounts or vouchers used during purchase are non-refundable

Product Assurance

Customers are strongly advised to record a proper unboxing video at the time of delivery and inspect the product immediately upon receiving.

Order Cancellation & Policy Enforcement

  • Orders may be cancelled due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspicious activity
  • Requests not meeting policy guidelines may be declined
  • Accounts may be restricted in case of repeated misuse
